24 THOUGHTS PER SECOND

24 thoughts per second is a short 3D video art piece created in Blender, blending post-internet aesthetics, museological irony, and cultural critique.
In a distant future, two robots wander through the display cases of a museum dedicated to the vanished human species. The only remaining traces of our civilization are seemingly trivial digital fragments: memes. The two automatons analyze them with solemnity, as if they were masterpieces of a lost art form.
The irony deepens when they encounter a classically styled marble sculpture depicting a human skeleton—a possible clue to a more ancient and complex past. However, it is dismissed as less meaningful than the “high” aesthetic of the meme.
This 3D animation work offers a satirical reflection on cultural memory, digital ephemera, and the ways in which the future might reinterpret our present.
